Board Certified Specialist in City, County and Local Government Law by the Florida Bar General Lead Counsel for the municipalities of the Village of Royal Palm Beach, Village of Golf and the Town of South Palm Beach; responsible for attending Council meetings and handling all legal matters of those municipalities. Assistant Counsel for the Town of Lantana, with primary responsibilities for land development issues and as noted above. Also assists as general counsel for the municipalities of Mangonia Park, Palm Beach Shores, Atlantis, Manalapan, and Tequesta. As Lead Counsel, generally responsible for handling and supervising all litigation (including appellate litigation) arising from planning and zoning, land use, code enforcement, and forfeiture matters in the above-referenced municipalities
