General Counsel for the City of Palm Beach Gardens and the Town of Lantana; chief legal advisor to the city/town council, city/town manager, city/town departments, boards and committees; including Local Planning Agency, Planning and Zoning Board, Code Enforcement and Building Board of Adjustment. Co-counsel for the Town of Manalapan; responsible for attending all Architectural Commission, Planning and Zoning Commission meetings, providing legal counsel for all of the Town’s zoning and land use matters and assisting with all of the Town’s legal matters. General Counsel for the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority (an independent special district); responsible for attending all board meetings and serving as legal counsel in all matters involving the district. Assist with the representation of the firm’s other Palm Beach County municipal clients including Atlantis, Golf, Palm Beach Shores, Mangonia Park, Royal Palm Beach, South Palm Beach and Tequesta. Extensive experience in various aspects of municipal representation, including a vast array of land planning and zoning matters, prosecution of code enforcement cases, police and fire pension boards, real property issues and vehicle forfeiture, government procurement and contract matters.
