Lead counsel for the Town of Lantana; responsible for attending Town Council meetings and handling all of the Town’s legal matters including Local Planning Agency, Planning Board, Code Enforcement and Building Board of Adjustment hearings. Co-counsel for the Town of Manalapan; responsible for attending all Architectural Commission, Planning and Zoning Commission meetings, handling all of the Towns’ zoning and land use matters and assisting with all of the Towns’ legal matters. Assist with the representation of additional Palm Beach County municipalities including Atlantis, Belle Glade, Golf, Palm Beach Shores, Mangonia Park, Royal Palm Beach, and South Palm Beach. Responsible for handling various aspects of municipality representation, including planning and zoning review, code enforcement, police pension boards, and real property and vehicle forfeiture. Also responsible for drafting ordinances, resolutions, contracts and other legal documents and handling litigation arising out of code enforcement, ordinances, land use matters, or other municipal matters.
